  and schools in the priority area ?
• What are the actuals Vs projections for each
  Parish for 2006 and previous years, (this may
  show up an unexpected effect of an
  admission/shortest designated route ruling !) and
  should be key to the planning process

• What was the admission profile for previous years
  up to 2004 (when rule was changed) and after.
• For 2006, out of a total of 56 children in the
  Redbourn Parish 53 were given a ranked school
  allocation. 35 of those were allocated place at
  Roundwood Park (44 of the total of the 53 were
  allocated a Harpenden Secondary School place).
• Was this sizeable impact to available places for
  Harpenden children foreseen and was it adequately
  planned for ?

• Did the planning process foresee that it would
  be possible for a child 8,714m away from
  Roundwood Park to get a place over a child less
  than half the distance away in Harpenden
  Southdown under Rule 6 (as shown on Pupil Audit
