Vision 2010

• All students in upper secondary school will have
  the possibility to take part in the company
  programme
• 20 000 students a year taking part in the
  company programme
• Another 15 000 000 SEK added in funding
• One or more national programme(s) for students
  aged 7-15 in place
• Ung Företagsamhet is the number one spokesperson
  for young entrepreneurship in Sweden

Board development

• An active board not a reward position. A
  result of a careful election committee
• Basic education/ introduction for new regional
  board members
• All members of the national board of directors
  have specific tasks to accomplish, listed in an
  action plan

Resource development

• Informationsträffar - all our 60 employees get
  together four times a year to exchange ideas
• Introduktionsträffar - two times a year we
  arrange introduction meetings for new employees
• Partner responsibility is to be seen as a
  deliberate, strategic work to strengthen
  relations between our partners and employees.
• VIP-lunches for our partners two times a year
  and two additional VIP-lunches for Gold
  partners
• Distinction/diploma for public display
