• Refused under delegation.
• Appeal to the Land and Environment Court
  dismissed.
• The Court upheld Councils refusal of the
  application and found that the use did not meet
  the locational requirements of the Planning
  Instruments and that the proposed use would have
  detrimental impact upon amenity.

• Alterations and additions to existing commercial
  office building, including extending the tower to
  the George Street alignment and increase in
  height by approximately two floors.
• Refused under delegation due to inappropriate
  streetwall height and insufficient
  onsiteparking facilities for delivery
  vehicles.There is no development plan in force.
• Appeal and Section 82A review application lodged.

• Stage 2 development application for the retention
  of the George Street and York Street facades of
  the heritage item, construction of new internal
  structure and addition of seven (7) levels for
  use as retail (ground and first floor) and
  commercial use (upper levels).
• Issues heritage and urban design.
• Approved by Council on 23 June 2005.

• Demolition of existing buildings on site and
  construction of a seven (7) storey commercial
  building.
• Issues urban design, privacy, construction
  impacts.
• Approved by Council on 12 September. A small
  redesign was required to ensure that visual
  privacy was maintained to the Crowne Plaza Hotel
  to the west.

• PARK CENTRAL
• Corner of Campbell, Pitt and Hay Streets, Sydney
• Revised proposal for construction of a 15 level
  mixed use building. This new DA removes student
  housing, replacing it with additional residential
  apartments and a larger hotel.
• Approved by CSPC on 20 October.
• The proposal continues a street wall along Pitt
  Street rather than the previous approval which
  had two (2) different sized buildings fronting
  Campbell and Hay Streets. The exterior material
  and finishes have been revised.

  restaurant, and for functions and private dining
  with ancillary entertainment with a maximum
  capacity of 580 persons.
• Approved by SHFA on 20 September.
