FORECAST INPUT TABLE
  • From One Screen You Can Drive Your Complete
    Schedule.
  • All your orders, when due or when to start, can
    be scheduled and/or rescheduled based on changing
    conditions at any time.
  • In addition to quantities, you can enter a custom
    Job Number, Work Order Number, or Sales Order
    Number, etc.
  • Import the demand schedule from outside systems
    prioritize jobs.

  • You can make direct edits to the BOR, even
    Reading in complete BOR structures from other
    systems. You can enter data, or copy-and-paste
    from other systems, directly into the BOR table

BOR ERROR CHECK SYSTEM
  • Error check will check all entered components
    against the Products/Operations table. If the
    numbers dont exist, RM will automatically prompt
    you to add the new products operations to the
    appropriate list.
  • For copied BORs that miss key data, the error
    checking will even establish the logical linkages
    for all levels and routings in a simple click and
    choose format.

  • RM Helps the User By Creating Two MPS Tables, One
    for End Products and One for Subcomponents.
  • End Products Table Provides the User a Way to
    Enter Values for Num. Required, Num. of steps,
    cost per unit, etc.

  • Gantt Charts Developed in RM Allows the User to
    Instantly Check the Due Dates of All Jobs in the
    Schedule, Scroll Down to Find Bottlenecks, Adjust
    Capacity and Schedule to Meet Critical Dates.

    Report for All Products, Will Tell the User What
    They Need to Buy or Make, How Much, and When.
    View Over Any Time Horizon, By Day, Week, or
    Month.

SUMMARY REPORT GRAPH GENERATIONS
  • RM Can Provide the User With Two Types of Useful
    Graphs. The Schedule Quantity for a Particular
    Product per Month and a Production Summary for
    All Products for a Particular Month.

RESOURCE CALENDAR
  • RM Helps the User to Identify Capacity
    Constraints By Using a Resource Calendar. Cells
    in the Resource Calendar Which Are Full (no
    more processing can be added for that resource on
    that day) Will be Formatted With the Total in
    Red.

  • RM Allows the User to Generate a Mini Report for
    Any Cell in the Resource Calendar By Simply
    Double Clicking on the Desired Cell.
  • This Function Accesses a Simple, Quick, Form for
    Reviewing and Editing the Available Capacity
    and/or Secondary Constraint On that Day as Well
    as the Ability to Scroll Forward or Backward One
    Day at a Time.
