• Requests for Proposal (RFPs) from architects
  solicited

THE PARK MASTER PLAN

• Must raise 25,000 for master plan development

• Obtain City and County Approval for Master Plan
  Design

• Standing Committee will be formed to approve
  monument
• and memorial designs for submission to City of
  Lakeland

• Park development to be evolutionary and driven
  by different
• organizations representing veterans, law
  enforcement, firefighters
• and EMS personnel
