  • Black tar heroin in Texas, few mentions of
    stronger white heroin seen east of the
    Mississippi.
  • Tar normally is injected but increases in
    snorting powder. Tar is cut with Benedryl,
    Dormin, Tylenol or Nytol PM, coffee creamer, etc.
    to become Brown Heroin powder.
  • Increase in young inhalers statewide. If you
    snort it, its not addictive rumor.

    availability of pseudoephedrine in Mexico and
    amount of Ice imported into the US to replace

    49 in 2002 to 69 in 2005 and then decreased to
