What types of events will there be? Future events
will be diverse, varied, interesting, and
fun. Some events will specifically for improving
proficiency in Spanish. Other events will provide
entertainment while showing Hispanic
culture. Suggestions for activities are always
welcome.

- Spanish movie with sub-titles
A day of total immersion while hanging out,
doing something fun!
Over coffee covering predetermined topics of
conversation.
How about a game night.
Thank you for the suggestions. I am keeping each
and everyone of them for future reference.
4Where to have meetups?
We will have meetups all over Houston and the
surrounding area.
In total 74 individuals participated in the
survey. The numbers above each letter reflects
the number of people who choose a particular area
of Houston.

5Where did you learn Spanish?
A lot of people have learned Spanish in class or
through friends and family. Nearly 60 have
taken a course college on Spanish. More than a
third took a Spanish course in high school. 21
learned from Family Friends 9.6 learned before
high school 27.7 learned in high school 37.4
learned in college 3.5 learned in grad school
6Current Level of Spanish Proficiency
Intermediate Spanish speakers make up more than
half. I think it would be beneficial to have
intermediate Spanish speakers interacting with
advanced and beginners, to learn and to practice
respectively.
