Short Term Recommendations

• North-South Circulator with weekday service from
  Harbour Island to I-275 Parking
• Event Circulator providing weekend evening
  service and event service between the Channelside
  District and the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center
• Pedestrian environment improvements adequate
  sidewalks, lighting, and connectivity to the
  transit stops
• Integration w/ Existing Services (street car and
  fixed route) with proposed circulator routes
• Increase circulator visibility and promote unique
  image through advertising and signage

• Connection to Ybor City Extend N/S Route or
  incorporate E/W route to Ybor City
• Postage Stamp route to simplify system
• Urban Design Enhancements which enhance the
  pedestrian environment and support downtown
