Shape of Yoga
  • Developed by students in the Kinesiology
    department at CSUN.
  • A physical activity supplement for adults and
    their family.
  • It is a 5 x 7 booklet that contains 10-basic Yoga
    poses that also provide nutrition education.
  • With established partnerships
  • Over 150 leaders in the community have been
    trained
  • Estimate that over 400 Food Stamp Eligible (or
    enrolled) have been impacted.
