- Developed by students in the Kinesiology
department at CSUN. - A physical activity supplement for adults and
their family. - It is a 5 x 7 booklet that contains 10-basic Yoga
poses that also provide nutrition education. - With established partnerships
- Over 150 leaders in the community have been
trained - Estimate that over 400 Food Stamp Eligible (or
enrolled) have been impacted.
