5Whats new in practice?
- Two thirds of the practice experience in Primary
care. - The initial clinical experience in primary or
intermediate care. - The second year fulfills the NMC requirements,
including surgical and high dependency
nursing. - A four week public health placement with a public
health specialist. - In the final year students have a 6 month
placement in primary care. - Final management placement of 16 weeks offered in
primary care.
