Mission Statement

• Umoja guides young African American youth out of
  trouble and into a more promising future. It
  gives 11 to 15 year old young men positive
  alternatives to misbehavior and gang involvement.

• The House of Umoja is not only beneficial to the
  at risk children, but also to the surrounding
  community by pulling the boys out of a
