• Monitor industry wages to remain competitive
• Provide a safe and clean work environment with
  continuous uninterrupted employment

Training / Advancement / Licensing

• Currently employ Extra personnel
• Allows for coverage due to absences
• Allows for training and cross training
• Assist with entire process of upgrade or license
• Monitor employees sea time
• Schedule and arrange for required courses
• Assist with all associated costs for licensing
• Assist with wages during training period
• Work closely with Houston REC to secure upgrade
• Provide immediate and substantial wage increase
  upon receipt of license / endorsement

  to local fleet Lynne Moran
• Committed to shipbuilder Washburn Doughty to
  take their full capacity through 2009
• Discussing additional shipbuilding capacity with
  several US Gulf Shipyards
