College Board Representative

• Typically a PDI
• Member of MPSA e-board
• Responsibilities-
• Attend all college board meetings and MPSA
  e-board meetings
• Report MPSA activities to college board and vice
  versa
• Elected by chapter members

NCPA Liaison

• Responsibilities-
• Communicate between NCPA and MPSA
• Recruit members to join NCPA
• Coordinate speakers for MPSA meetings
• Elected by chapter members
• E-board member

Auction Coordinator

• Annual Auction-largest fundraising event!
• Funds go towards defraying the cost for students
  to attend professional meetings
• Responsibilities-
• Coordinate auction held each spring
• 4 coordinators are appointed by the e-board

• Submit paragraph to Emily via e-mail by Sunday,
  Sept. 24 at 6 pm

Election/Appointment Process

• E-board will slate two candidates for each
  elected position
• NCPA
• College Board Rep
• Candidates will be notified who is slated on
  Tuesday, Sept. 26
• Each slated candidate will be expected to give 2
  minute speech at the MPSA meeting on Thursday,
  Sept. 28
• E-board will appoint 4 auction coordinators
• Appointments will be made by Sept. 26
