Auto Showcase Print Ads

• In order for your dealers inventory to appear in
  print each week, each of you will have a role to
  play
• You or the dealer must choose 20 cars each week
  for the Auto Showcase full page promotion page
  and 10 cars for the Just Arrived ad that
  publishes one day a week for each dealer.

Auto Showcase Print Ads

• The following slides are step-by-step
  instructions on what needs to happen from the
  time you receive the stock numbers (yes, that is
  all the dealer needs to give you) to the time it
  can be retrieved from the FTP site
• The dealers inventory must be submitted to Auto
  Conx by 1pm EST two days prior to your papers
  print date. For instance if the page runs on
  Friday, Auto Conx needs to receive your data feed
  by 1pm EST on Wednesday. The same time line
  applies to Just Arrived ads.
• Once you have received the dealers
  selections.

• Login to http//admin.autoconx.com

• Click on Web to Print

• Click on Ad Builder

• Under Start a new ad select a dealer..click
  next (You can disregard Export an existing
  issue)

• Using the stock numbers provided by the dealer,
  select the Used vehicles and click next

Note If choosing vehicles for Just Arrived
use the Age column to select the ten most
recently added vehicles

• Select the fields
• that will be displayed
• in the photo ads. The
• 7 shown are the actual
• fields to be used.
• Disregard the Lead
• Out fields.

• Scroll to the bottom of the page, check the
  remember my choices box...click next

• The selected inventory will appear. Scroll down
• and click next

Your selected inventory will appear again. At
the bottom of this screen select email
immediately and email to lynn_at_farmcoutnrytrader.co
m with the notes shown in the optional message
box. Hit email and you are done!

Web-To-Print Ad Retrieval

• 24 Hours after sending your ad content you will
  be able to pull your ad off of an FTP site
• ftp.farmcountrytrader.com

Simply click on your newspaper and your ad files
will be there Note If you are prompted to enter
