sales. Can be implemented as a stand-alone
system for utilisation in a bar or restaurant
environment.

• Internet reservations are received in real-time
  from the Semper Central Reservations system and
  appear automatically on your reservation screen.
• Your information such as rates, images,
  location, facilities etc. is controlled by you
  and may be changed at any time.
• You retain full control over your rooms and
  decide which rooms are made available for sale
  via the Internet. You can change this dynamically
  at any time.
• This facility is used to gain maximum exposure
  via companies such as Thompson's Tours, Galileo,
  MTBeds, RCI etc.

Within your reservation, select the
Correspondence Documents button and then pick the
document your wish to generate. A Microsoft word
document will be produced by the system with all
the relevant information auto generated

To check-in your guest, you re-enter the
reservation and change the status to In-House by
selecting the button below.
