Create Administrative Account

• Log-on to the Global EDGE Website at
  http//ftp.ccccd.edu/globaledge/ then click on
  Registration or log directly into the CATEMA
  system at https//www.catema.net/globaledge
• Click on new Teacher then Create Account (be
  sure to choose admin/counselor for usertype
• Complete information then click on submit
• Remember to write down your username password
  and keep it in a safe place!

Note An email will now be sent to the Global
EDGE office notifying us that you are registering
online as a new teacher. We will reply via email
as soon as possible to let you know that you have
been approved as a teacher, and you can then
start entering your class information

Counselor Task Menu Options

• Teachers Lists the teachers that are active
  and currently teaching Tech Prep courses at your
  school
• Classes Lists the Tech Prep classes that are
  currently registered at your school
• Find Student You can search for a student by
  name, username or SSN/ID to aid students who
  have forgotten their login information
• Courses Offered Tech Prep Courses currently
  articulated at your school
• Coherent Sequences Enables you to see PEIMS 3
  students (see next slide for more information)
• Update Personal Information This screen is used
  to update your personal information

PEIMS Reporting Information

• Log-in to the online registration system
• At the task menu choose Coherent Sequences (see
  example below)

• Select Program of Study (see example below)
• Select 2 year report
• Click submit

The resulting table will give you all students
within the given time frame that are coherent
sequence takers. (Note These students should be
reported as 3s on PEIMS Reporting.) See
example next slide.

STUDENT REGISTRATION

• Student username and passwords are automatically
  assigned
• Once a student has registered they can begin
  enrolling in classes offered at your school
