Securitron History

• Securitron has excelled in product leadership and
  innovation for 3 decades
• Starting with the introduction of the first E
  profile magnetic lock in 1977
• The First touch sensitive electric lock releasing
  device Touch Sense Bar
• The first power supply to receive a class 2
  rating with or without batteries BPS series
• The first shear lock that required no timers or
  position switches to properly lock the door SAM
  series
• The first motorized electric strike that installs
  into a standard ANSI 4-7/8 inch frame prep with
  little or no modification of the frame UNL and
  MUNL series
• The first electric lock manufacturer to receive
