• We have now trained almost 300 people in Beginner
  and Advanced BOb Training sessions.
• We had 125 attend Power User training.
• Training for the Spring/Summer will be
• Beginner Tuesdays from 300 430 pm
• Advanced Thursdays from 300 445 pm
• Email bobsupport_at_byu.edu to schedule this
  training.
• Elements of Power User training will be
  included in both of these sessions.

• Business Objects WEBI now sits fully behind Route
  Y.
• Route Y Passwords are now required.
• New users are now automatically added nightly to
  Supervisor, which controls who is able to get
  into WEBI.

• Initial Project meetings have been held.

• Our initial goal is to be have it ready for
  testing by May 31st.

  testing of this tool . . . any volunteers?

  rollout of Business Objects to Campus
• 1. Database optimization.
• This is currently underway.
• 2. Broadcast agent setup and testing.
