GTP for FNAL test stand

• True GTP will use Myrinet
• 1 trigger per message !
• Proceed on 2 paths in parallel
• Use one of the test stand PCs as GTP
• Will not be able to get us close to 100 kHz
• Use the MVME 2304 board as GTP
• Use real-time OS
• VxWorks ? (standard)
• RT Linux ? (new, preferred)
• Apparently boots diskless
• Both supported by Myricom
