VRS FAQs
  • How can I get a copy of VRS? VRS is available
    from the GIL Download site. Check with your
    Voyager Systems Administrator for assistance.
  • Is VRS documented? Yes, a VRS Users Manual with
    installation details is included in the package.
  • Does VRS have Help screens? Not at this time.
    Resources have been devoted to functional
    capabilities and to intuitive screen design (?).
  • Who do I contact for support? Contact your GIL
    Service Site staff.

VRS FAQs (no. 2)
  • How often is the VRS application updated? VRS is
    updated no less than twice a year. Patches to
    fix software bugs may be applied more often.
  • Will I receive an update notice once I have VRS
    installed? No, check the updated as-of-date on
    the GIL Download site.
  • How do I submit a request from a new report?
    Submit suggestions and requests for new reports
    to your Service Site staff email preferred.
