• Start early in the planning process Establish
  green building goals early in design allowing
  project teams to explore innovative concepts from
  the start. Host an eco-charrette with the project
  designers, builder, owner, engineers, and
  occupants to identify green strategies while the
  design is still flexible. Select experienced
