5Purpose of the IFCC
- Serves as forum for discussion and consideration
of issues of interest to program specific
technical college faculty - Serves as informational resource
- Serves as communication mechanism to
- Carries out specific work concerning state wide
instructional policies and procedures - Carries out specific work pertaining to program
standards and guides including development of
proposed revisions to standards/guides

- Discuss specific program-related issues
- Review suggestions/recommendations generated by
consortium boards and/or state technical
committees - Develop suggestions/recommendations to convey to
CPS at DTAE central office
