    planned to be delivered in 3 Stages.
  • Stage 1 Inclusion of Finance Budget and HR
    Salary Planner data in the EDW
  • Salary Planner Initial and Final Scenarios only
  • Delivered October 2004
  • Stage 2 focuses on the business need to better
    analyze Personnel expenses.
  • New EDW HRFIN BOS Payroll Universe delivered June
    7, 2005
  • Additional functionality to current Universes
    delivered June, 2005

  • Will allow users to identify which Position-job
    combinations will be pulled into the Salary
    Planner extract process

  • New stream lined BOS Payroll Universe that
    includes the Finance CFOAPAL Hierarchies
  • Will allow users to summarize payroll data with
    the Finance Hierarchies and drill down to the
    individual person

  • Colleges and Departments can query payroll
    expenditures (gross payroll and employer-paid
    benefit expenses) by Fund Type, Organizational
    Hierarchy, C-FOAPAL and Time Period at summary
    levels.
  • Users can choose from several time periods of
    business interest Calendar, Fiscal, or
    customized years.
  • Can easily move from summary data to related
    detail transactions
