DIRECTIONS GIVEN BY THE GOVT

• NLC to bid for Port Handling License for Gawadar.
  Initially, a JV with Port Handlers be signed.
• NLC to move into construction of hotels, high
  rise buildings by establishing JVs with reputed
  Foreign Companies. NLC must emerge as an
  International Construction Company.

• NLC Construction has exhibited its powers in all
  fields of construction and engineering. Major
  achievement includes
• Construction of Roads and Runways from Dir to
  Kci and from Wagah to Chamman.
• Asphaltic pavements and bit mat roads.
• Shelters, Storages tanks and silos.
• Construction of Buildings, housing projects,
  sports and educational facilities.
• Water Supply and sewerage systems.

• NLC Construction is a well recognized and highly
  reputed name in the construction industry. Raised
  in 1978, today it has the capacity to undertake
  mega civil Engineering Projects both within and
  outside country.

• All education health facilities in the Province

• A pre cast block making plant has been set up in
  Islamabad.
• Launching of Karachi Financial Towers
• This is a JV between NLC and UAE based Companies.
  It will Insha-Allah be a trend setter for
  Karachi with its state of the art iconic twin
  towers.
• The project is valued at Rs 21 Billion.

  project.
