  within ADP Repair Order and Appointments
• Reserve a vehicle or loan out a vehicle directly
  from within A or RO
• Reduce key strokes
• Speed up the loaner process
• View loaner information from your desktop

AppointmentReserve Vehicle
Create a new appointment and select trans type of
L to also create a loaner reservation

Complete Integration
Once the appointment is saved the user will be
taken to the loaner reservation screen to finish
the reservation

Start a New Repair Order
At transportation type select L for Loaner

Service Appointment Calendar displays of
loaners needed for the day

Complete Integration
All customer information is automatically carried
over. Just select loaner unit.
Note customers drivers license and insurance
information is stored for each time they return.

Minimize Key Strokes
Simply complete the due date and press F3 to save
the transaction and print the loaner agreement
form
