  collaboration of public and private actors and to
  promote the sustainable economical development.
• The PRI is developed by regional and local public
  institutions, within a framework of collaboration
  between different private and public
  stakeholders, among them, universities, RD
  centres, technological and innovation centres,
  enterprises and non profit organizations.
