NHTSHA Crash Definition
  • The National Highway Traffic Safety
    Administration defines a crash as an event that
    produces injury and /or property damage, involves
    a motor vehicle in transport, and occurs on a
    trafficway or while the vehicle is still in
    motion after running off the trafficway.

    with the safety tips
  • Youth take 10 minutes to figure out the safety
    tips and then approach the parents

    cannot see the safety tips listed on the back.
  • You may ask youth questions to help them figure
    out some of the tips, but dont give them the
    answers.
  • The first youth group to correctly complete the
    entire handout wins!
