sport arena, operating from 5.30 am to 12.30 pm
each day.

transition between the steel rail and the
surrounding pavement surface.

dangerous, unsightly and structurally unsound.

planning as the repairs could only be done during
the close down periods between 12.30 pm and 5.30

repair both sides of the steel rails in several
city blocks downtown.
