Title: BINDING AND LOOSING

1
  • BINDING AND LOOSING
  • The Keys of the Kingdom
  • Matt 1618-19
  • "I also say to you that you are Peter, and upon
this rock I will build My church and the gates
of Hades will not overpower it. "I will give you
the keys of the kingdom of heaven and whatever
you bind on earth shall have been bound in
heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall
    have been loosed in heaven."

2
  • Matt 1818-20
  • "Truly I say to you, whatever you bind on earth
shall have been bound in heaven and whatever you
loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven.
  • "Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on
earth about anything that they may ask, it shall
be done for them by My Father who is in heaven.
"For where two or three have gathered together in
My name, I am there in their midst."

  • Loose luo (loo'-o) a primary verb to "loosen"
    (literally or figuratively)
  • KJV - break (up), destroy, dissolve, (un-) loose,
    melt, put off.
  • Agree sumphoneo (soom-fo-neh'-o) to be
harmonious, i.e. (figuratively) to accord (be
suitable, concur) or stipulate (by compact or
    covenant)
  • KJV - agree (together, with).

  • 2 Cor 517-62
  • Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new
creature the old things passed away behold, new
things have come. Now all these things are from
God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ
and gave us the ministry of reconciliation,
namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the
world to Himself, not counting their trespasses
against them, and He has committed to us the word
    of reconciliation.
  • Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as
though God were making an appeal through us we
beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to
God. He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on
our behalf, so that we might become the
    righteousness of God in Him.
  • And working together with Him, we also urge you
not to receive the grace of God in vain-- for He
    says,
  • "AT THE ACCEPTABLE TIME I LISTENED TO YOU,
  • AND ON THE DAY OF SALVATION I HELPED YOU."
  • Behold, now is "THE ACCEPTABLE TIME," behold, now
    is "THE DAY OF SALVATION"--

5
  • Phil 314-21
  • I press on toward the goal for the prize of the
upward call of God in Christ Jesus. Let us
therefore, as many as are perfect, have this
attitude and if in anything you have a different
attitude, God will reveal that also to you
however, let us keep living by that same
standard to which we have attained.
  • Brethren, join in following my example, and
observe those who walk according to the pattern
you have in us. For many walk, of whom I often
told you, and now tell you even weeping, that
they are enemies of the cross of Christ, whose
end is destruction, whose god is their appetite,
and whose glory is in their shame, who set their
minds on earthly things. For our citizenship is
in heaven, from which also we eagerly wait for a
Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ who will
transform the body of our humble state into
conformity with the body of His glory, by the
exertion of the power that He has even to subject
    all things to Himself.
  • AMBASSADORS OF ANOTHER REALM ANOTHER KINGDOM
  • CITIZENS OF HEAVEN THIS EARTH IS NOT OUR HOME
  • WE HAVE KEYS TO BIND AND LOOSE
  • WHAT SHOULD WE BE BOUND TO!

  • THE BREASTPLATE PRAYER OF ST. PATRICK
  • A Daily Prayer for Apostolic Victory and Divine
    Protection and Intervention
  • What were the keys that Patrick used that gave
him victory over the world, the flesh and the
    devil?
  • What were the strategies the Lord imparted to
him to take his nation for the Kingdom of God?
  • Did he have a revelation of who he was in
Christ and who Christ was in him that is
uncommon to the present day church?
  • How did Patrick pray and how did he view his
    life in this present age?
  • Patrick had a revelation of the keys and of
    agreement and alignment!
