My Profile

• My name is Jacob Gaspard and I am 16 years old. I
  am also a junior at Pleasant Hill High School.
• I attend church at 1st Baptist Church here in my
  home town of Pleasant Hill.
• My hobbies are creating music and having fun out
  of town.
• I am also a member of the Future Farmers Of
  America Association here at my school.
• The most important thing in my life right now is
  graduating high school and pursuing a higher
  education. I either plan to attend a university
  or a community college so I can pursue a career
  in the music business.

My Writing Samples

• I chose these four writings for many different
  reasons. These four were some of my favorite
  writings because they were some of the only
  papers I actually enjoyed writing. I chose my
  report, The Roaring Twenties for two main
  reasons. My first reason is that I made a really
  good grade on it, and secondly, because I did a
  lot of research on this topic. I chose my
  tournament article because it was about my
  school and our team in our very own annual PHHS
  tournament. My third writing sample, The
  censorship of Rap Music is a topic that I was
  intrigued and interested by and also knew a lot
  about. My last sample was Moving West which was
  one of my journal topics. I chose this sample
  because I thought it was fun to pretend to be an
  immigrant telling why I was moving.
