Process to adopting a Facility Master Plan
Congregation votes on plan May 18 to begin Phase
I drawings, and to appoint a Building Committee
September 2005 Congregational Meeting approves
hiring an architect to develop a site plan of
all present and future facilities.
Come one, come all. Take a look. Then come to
a QA forum. Then vote May 18.
September 2006 Architect selection process WMB
chosen. Needs Assessment Survey completed by
LCI committees identifies substantial needs.
April 2008 Church Council presents site plan,
and preliminary drawings, for consideration by
the committees and congregation
Fall 2007 Interim Building Committee coordinates
feasibility study with architects
2007-2008 WMB Architects develop master site
plan with 4 building phases
