• Intended to replace the current R-30 and R-20
  Zones.
• R-H Zone deleted and incorporated within the
  mixed-use zones.
• Development standards generally reflect the
  current R-20 Zone, with density raised a bit from
  21.8 d.u./acre to 25 d.u./ac.

  from single-unit detached residential?
