• Marathon Weekend Concert
• Each student
• Designs and makes a musical instrument or a set
  of instruments
• Composes a piece for your instrument
• This must include notation of all parts
• Writes documentation of the project
• Performs your piece in the Marathon Concert

• OPTIONAL things you can do
• Form a group with 1 or 2 other students who will
  perform your piece in the Marathon Concert
• Of course, you will perform their pieces too, so
  total pieces for your group number of students
  in group
• Dont make the groups too big because it will be
  difficult to work with too many people
• Use recorded sounds you sequenced using CoolEdit

• Try not to get a sound with noises from the TA
  and people around you talking
• Make sure that you dont get clipping

  microphone until you finish your sound
