  • Body composition is a comparison of body fat and
    muscle you have in your body. you can change
    your body composition by eating more and being
    really lazy or by working up all of your muscles

  • Muscular endurancemeans how good the muscle can
    produce repeated contractions to change this
    use lesser weight and more of a higher reps.
  • Muscular strength means the amount of power a
    muscle can reproduce at a max. time you lift
    more weights at lower

    to pump blood and oxygen through the body at a
    resting heart rate
