Creative change programme
  • To demonstrate the value of the arts in tackling
    a range of community and social issues
  • To establish models of good practice that could
    be built upon beyond the pilot phase

  • To demonstrate how the arts can boost the
    economic value of tourism in Norfolk

  • Each district in Norfolk benefits from a major
    community arts project that meets a priority
    identified by the local strategic partnership
  • Taken together, these projects provide clear
    evidence of how the arts can contribute to a wide
    range of community development needs
  • Local authorities and other non-arts agencies
    commission further work
  • Skills and experience allow more Norfolk artists
    and arts organizations to benefit from such
    commissions
