The Club

• It is our policy that the club is recreational
  and that children will be in an environment where
  they can relax and be encouraged to join in
  creative activities as well as play.
• It is staffed by experienced play workers who
  will provide interesting activities including
  cookery, crafts and games the computer suite
  will also be used by the club.

The Club

• The club is based on 24 places morning and
  evening with a ratio of 1 member of staff to 8
  children.
• Age range will be 3 to 11 with the under 5s
  having their own Early Years Support Worker.

Fees

• 5.00 one off registration fee per family payable
  on registration.
• 3.00 per Breakfast Session.
• 5.25 per After School Session.
• Fees are payable on a monthly basis (cheques
  should be made payable to Bristol City Council)

Fees Continued

• Non payment of fees will result in cancellation
  of your childs place.
• Late Pick up Charge of 1.00 per minute or part
  of after 6.00 pm.

Times Before School

• 8 am start of school at 8.50 am
• Children should be brought into the hall by
  parent/carer through the main school (office)
  entrance for registration.
• Breakfast will be provided.
• Nursery/Infant children will be taken to their
  classes. Junior children to join their classes
  in the playground.

Times After School

• End of School 6.00 pm
• Nursery/Infant Children to be collected from
  their classes.
• Junior Children to make their way to the hall for
  registration.
• Children will be provided with a snack (e.g.
  drink, toast, fruit and or vegetables).

After School

• Collection before 4.30 pm should be via the main
  school (office) entrance.
• Collection after 5.00 should be via the Nursery
  entrance.
