- The current centralized and entrepreneurial
model for public transport is not working - There is a need for an Independent Public
Transport Authority to regulate and govern public
transport - Public Transport Planning must be coordinated
with the Local and State Government - Quick wins in public transport can come with
State and Local government support - With proper organization and management costs can
be kept low while the benefits will be very high
