Financial Status

• Report to OSC (December)
• By end October spend 3.7M
• Represents ½ of project budget before WMC
• 1M on non-staff costs
• 2.4M on staff-cost (Budget 3.4M)
• 140k on travel (Budget 200k)
• PPRP OSC ?Cost 2 Completion
• Current staff cost extrapolation
• Likely to be significantly over budget
• but good chance to be within CWM!
• Material needs to be justified against original
  plans!
