The Challenge
In Salesforce, we are flooded with data, but
parched for information. Maintaining Salesforce
dashboards is tedious and inflexible, resulting
in unresponsive, inadequate implementation of
user reporting requests (low value work). We
have too many reports from too many business
systems cant it all be somehow consolidated

accessible using CenterView. Custom dropdowns
and team-based dashboards offer endless
configurability that can replace our hundreds of
dashboards down to only a few, and allow us to
finally deliver reporting needs not possible
before. Every technical requirement during PoC
was met. CenterView tool exceeded demanding
expectations.
