ETARE - Enabling Technology for Advanced Radio in
Europe

• To study and define a HDRN waveform as a basis
  for a common European waveform to be installed on
  future SDR platforms
• To involve more actors in the technology base for
  a European HDRN waveform
• With ongoing developments in Thales and the
  Finnish SDR program a set of technologies is
  available to develop a competitive HDRN waveform
  for SCA compliant SDR platforms
• To propose the waveform for the ongoing NATO
  standardisation process
• The waveform could also be the basis for
  national waveforms
