low-income families to pay off debt and to start
developing assets for independence.

Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Internal
Revenue Service, Chief Educational Institutions,
Community Action Partnership Association of Idaho.

Participants in the conference developed action
plans to engage more low-income Idaho households
in these opportunities, as well as identified
strategies on how to coordinate other support and
education resources.
