  • Low income people can and will save
  • Over 44,000 people have saved 36.8 million
  • There are currently 368 programs across the
    country
  • It is estimated that IDAs have a 51 return on
    investment
  • IDAs are measurable and outcome based

  • Believe in your project talk to everyone on and
    off the job!
  • Take along pictures of successful savers. Tell
    their story.
  • Funders fund your clients, not you!
  • Use AFIs website for data that supports your
    proposal.
