  • Classroom Procedures and Policies

Entering Room
  • Be in your chair and at your assigned computer
    when you come into the classroom there may or
    may not be bells
  • Sit at assigned seat the computer (CPU) is on
    the top of the monitor
  • Be sure to write this in your agenda book
  • You will sit at the same computer in all labs

Books
  • Sit your books and materials on the floor or
    table and NOT on the computers

Not Permitted in Computer Labs
  • Drinks bottled water
  • Gum
  • Food
  • Bad Attitudes
  • Consequences automatic ALC loss of
    computer time must be made up on your own time.

Projects
  • Projects are due on the date posted on the tech
    applications web page
  • www.warren.kyschools.us/rpaugh
  • Technical difficulties or lost/forgotten flash
    drive will not be an acceptable excuses
  • Plan ahead dont procrastinate
  • Absences it is your responsibility to make up
    work and ask what you have missed
  • ALC / TIP is not an excuse for not having
    projects completed

End of Class You are graded each day for proper
shut downs
  • Safely eject your flash drive
  • Close down internet connection
  • If directed, shut down the computer using the KEY
    STROKE SHORT CUT
  • Window Symbol U and ENTER
  • (Be sure the SHUT DOWN is Selected from Drop Down
    Menu before ENTER
  • Turn off Monitor
  • Push Seat Under Table
  • Return Headphones on the way out of the lab
