Rules Procedures
1. Follow directions- written and oral 2. When it
is work time, work, and when its play time,

times. 4. Raise your hand before speaking.

Behavior Management

• CONSEQUENCES
• Strike System Students breaking rules will
  receive a strike that will be documented on the
  teachers clipboard and in a written notice to
  parents.
• 1st time- Warning , 2nd time- Strike
• When a student receives a strike, a strike notice
  will be sent home to be signed and returned to
  school the following day.

Behavior Management

• REWARDS
• -CAUGHT IN THE ACT Students may get caught in
  the act of following directions or doing
  something kind without being asked, etc. If they
  are caught, they put their name on a slip of
  paper. At the end of the week, 5 names will be
  drawn, and those students will receive prizes.
• -Classes can earn Gold Rings for following rules.
  Classes will receive a reward when their goal is
  met.

• Every nine weeks
• Excellent behavior
• Students who receive S in conduct for the 9
  weeks

Early Bird After School Program/Nutrition

• Opens at 700
• students must be escorted to gym by an adult
• 10 per week-morning
• 40 per week-afternoon
• 1.75 per student for lunch
• 0.75 per student for breakfast

• Weekly timed computation quiz
• Timed tests (Addition Subtraction)

• Maximum of 45 minutes (County policy)
• Homework will be written in student Agendas
• Homework nightly in Math
• Reading and spelling not recorded on board
• Read 20 minutes at least 5 times a week
• Spelling Contracts due on Friday of test
• Vocabulary words
• Other assignments
