2By each of the concession stands
An additional cart should go in the catering
kitchen on the 4th floor (instead of 2 at the
lower level) and be brought down at the end of
the game
3This is with the cart This is without.
4Note Many vendors used boxes for their trash or
spoils. It would be good to give them the
cardboard trash cans with the liners and they can
keep it inside their area or just outside like
this one. Also, it will be necessary to talk with
them about emptying the spoils into the trash and
recycling the box if it isnt to greasy and yucky!
5It is important for volunteers or recycling staff
to be at the game at least an hour before the
gates open to talk with all concession vendors
and remind them about recycling their cardboard
boxes. The workers there are often volunteers
with organizations and it is good for folks to
know that you are there watching things and
reminding them about recycling.

8- Cart locations (note blue carts cost approx.
240 eachsee next slide for order info) - Ideally, we need 4-5 carts per side and 1-3 in
the end zoneor a total of 8-13 carts. - South side (4-5)
- 1 at each of the middle concession stands (2)
- 1 at each of the elevators (2)
- Optional but would be good to have one at the
end by the field house side (1) - North side (4-5)
- 1 at each of the middle concession stands (2)
- 1 at each of the elevators (2)
- note a large cart (tilt truck)should be used by
the elevator where trash and cardboard from the
catering at the chancellor and VIP boxes are
collected. This should be out several hours
before the game and could be emptied before the
game starts. (see the next slide) - An overflow for this side is to the right of the
concession set up stand (near the Alumni
Center). (1) - End zone (1-3)
- We used only one cart and placed it by the stand
between the bathrooms. The vendors on the sides
of the end zone did not have carts to use. It
would be more convenient for them if there were
carts or a place for them to stack their
cardboard out of the way.
