• Objective

  fora.
• STRATEGY
• -To exchange information on voting position of
  AMCs for ISO draft standards issued by TC 31, TC
  45 and TC 157.
• EXPECTED OUTPUT
• -ASEAN Common Stand on International Standards

ACTIVITIES

• 1. To establish a list of membership status of
  AMCs in the ISO/TCs
• 2. To update the membership status of AMCs in the
  ISO/TCs.
• 3. To circulate list of ISO draft standards
  identified for harmonization and for gloves,
  rubber threads and rubber foams due for voting to
  focal points of AMCs.
• 4. AMCs to submit comments on the ISO draft
  standards to Thailand.
• 5. To compile and circulate voting status and
  comments for ISO draft standards due for voting
  to AMCs.

ACTIVITIES

• 6. To raise issues that need to be resolved
  pertaining to the voting of the ISO draft
  standards for action by relevant parties in the
  AMCs.
• 7. To arrange for a meeting among AMCs before the
  relevant ISO/TC meeting, if necessary, to discuss
  the ASEAN common stand on ISO draft standards.
• 8. To identify areas for technical assistance
  from Dialogue Partners to enhance standards and
  conformance practice.
