3Fears, Needs, and Resource Analysis
- According to natural laws, principles, and
values, everything is interconnected and
interdependent. - Interconnectedness is needs driven, if the needs
are not met then you get fears. - When fears are identified, you understand your
needs, and can address those needs through
appropriate resources.
4Natural Laws, Principles, and Values.
- Each tribal nation is guided by a set of
indigenous laws, principles, and values. - We believe all creatures, plants, four legged,
winged ones, two legged, all forms of life, will
abide by these laws. - If we live in harmony with these laws we will
live in harmony, balance, and peace. - If we live out of harmony, we will know chaos.
5 We live in an interconnected and interdependent
system.
- Our elders tell us that we live in an
interconnected and interdependent system. All
things are in a relationship with each other. - When we look at families and organizations, we
need to understand and look at things as being
integrated, interconnected and related. - The medicine wheel teaches us that the HONOR OF
ONE IS THE HONOR OF ALL and if that is true the
PAIN OF ONE IS THE PAIN OF ALL.
