Responsibilities/Working Relationships

• PetPro Our 1 responsibility is to the company.
  We are dedicated to develop the highest quality
  and most cost efficient foods possible.
• Senior Management It is our responsibility to
  gear our research and development in the
  direction which senior management intends.
• Manufacturing It is our responsibility to ensure
  that the manufacturing division produces Petpros
  products to the exact specifications developed in
  our research.
• Quality Control/Testing We must communicate
  effectively with this division to ensure that our
  products are safe and that they are be produced
  as intended.
• Marketing We must work effectively with this
  division to educate them on the advantages of our
  products as well as the targeted niche.
  Conversely the marketing division must educate
  us on what is in demand for pet foods.
