• Provide direct access to HOT lanes from 88th
  Street.
• Reviewing the analysis, recommend not part of
  EIS.
• Louisville pursue separate 1601 process for
  future access or interchange.

1148 Amendment Process

• The Denver Regional Council of Governments
  (DRCOG) Regional Transportation Plan shows the
  addition of HOV lanes along US 36.
• A plan amendment is needed to ensure consistency
  with EIS.
• Colorado Tolling Enterprise submit request,
  following DRCOGs 1148 process.
