The motor swaps the power feed between Up and
Down inputs after each 1/2 rotation, which cuts
off incoming power from both the current power
input and releases the relay shunting power to
the motor. Swapping the power lead between the
Up and Down inputs is mechanical, thus the motor
does not draw any power when the headlight doors
are completely open or completely closed.
